Chief Manufacturing owns 4 wire bending machines including (2) 3 dimensional machines capable of producing complex designs. These machines accept many kinds of wire including galvanized, stainless steel, cold and hot roll, copper, and any non-coated wire.

The wire feeds directly from the coil steel stock, offering an efficient and economical production time. Wire size can range in diameter from 1/8" to 1/2", and no major tool changes are necessary to interchange wire. Our wire benders once programmed allow for custom designed parts that can be reproduced in large quantities with repeated precision quality.
