Plastic Injection Molding

Chief Manufacturing owns multiple injection molding machines ranging in size from 40 ton up to 350 ton presses. In addition to our own product line, we also accept custom project work using customer molds producing custom parts.

Our experienced staff can assist your needs from product design and mold consultation and building to part price, packaging, and logistics. Experience includes working with a variety of resins including polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS, and nylon as well as automated color blending insure quality parts every production run.

Our diverse collection of mold press machines will accommodate a wide variety of molds capable of producing small and large parts in high volume. Chief Manufacturing also owns multiple pick and place robotic arms with the capacity to make jobs more efficient cutting cost. We also have onsite a 3D printer able to print plastic prototypes from CAD drawings.
